Shipping Schedule

• Same-Day Dispatch: Orders submitted before 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, are typically processed and dispatched on the same day.
  
  
• Weekend Orders: Orders received after 4:00 PM on Friday will be dispatched the following working day.
  
  
• Order Tracking: You will receive a confirmation email upon placing your order. A second email containing tracking details will be sent once your parcel has been dispatched, allowing you to monitor its progress.

Note: For Royal Mail Tracked 24, orders placed before 4:00 PM are eligible for next-day delivery where available. For Parcel Force Next-Day Delivery, orders placed before 4:00 PM qualify for next-day dispatch.

Important Information: Vape Kits (Lithium Battery Devices)

To adhere to Royal Mail’s safety regulations regarding the transport of built-in lithium batteries, the following shipping restrictions apply to vape kits:

• A single order is limited to a maximum of 2 vape kits when using Royal Mail services.
• If your order includes 3 or more vape kits, Royal Mail shipping options (including any applicable free delivery) will not be available.
